Notes on our transcription

Locators use printed pages; cover unnumbered, printed1=PDF2. Narrative/chart/appendix values preserved separately. Counts distinguish applications, incidents, people and officers. Rounded percentages do not establish exact counts. Printed p.4 says JSO requested a full-time position to review all RTR incident reports in addition to chain-of-command review; this is a proposal, not confirmation of creation. Agency conclusion of compliance is an agency assessment, not independently verified. Report describes required member and witness RTR reports, chain-of-command review, possible Director/RTR Board/Internal Affairs review, firearm discharge review and Cold Case Homicide investigation of discharges directed at individuals. Annual/basic/in-service/additional academy training and specialized retraining are described. Printed p.3 requires aid/medical evaluation for observed or alleged injury. Age shares total102%, tenure99%, and age<=30 bins35% versus narrative34%; rounding may account for these.

Reported figures

Grouped under the report's own section headings, in the order they appear. A figure marked with an earlier year is a prior-year comparison quoted in this report. Categories within a section can overlap, so they don't always add up to a total.
