Technology & Operational Support Division

The Technology and Operational Support Division supports JSO’s growing use of technology to prevent and investigate crime. The division oversees the agency’s technology-based operational support systems and is responsible for making sure those systems work together effectively. Its role includes improving public safety, strengthening investigative capabilities, and supporting more efficient operations across both law enforcement and corrections.
